SparkleLites® are affordable battery operated LED lighted ribbon for Parties, Weddings, Functions, Corporate Events, Birthdays, engagements, Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceneara, School Formals, Graduations, Trade Shows, Exhibitions and so much more. The LED lights last more than 12 hours and have batteries included. They are very easy to use by attaching to balloons or around the room as decoration. The strand of lights will float on a 16 inch balloon. You can put it on an 11 inch balloon but it will act as a weight and bring it down to the surface.
